Coke Food & Music Fest - DRC

In 2019 we created CokeFest, a two-day festival that united Congolese youth through food and music. With music as the number one passion point for young adults in the DRC, our mission were to increase consumption, build brand love and strengthen Coca-Cola’s cultural relevance.

We executed an integrated activation across digital, TV, outdoor, press and shopper channels, and amplified it with a radio-led talent competition that awarded two unsigned artists a stage alongside the DRC’s biggest acts. We ran a buy-and-enter mechanic that turned purchase into participation, driving sales and attendance.

30,000 tickets sold, 107,000 bottles moved and a social reach of 5.3 million.
