Hello. I'm Lesibane Mohale aka Les

Integrated senior creative,  conceptual copywriter and creative director with

+18 years of experience working in the UK and African markets.

Over the last two decades, I’ve helped brands like Coca-Cola, Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Barclays, Nestlé, UNICEF, Mondelez and KFC show up meaningfully in culture.

Whether it’s launching Captain Morgan’s first pan-African platform or helping ignite a movement to protect children in Ghana, my work has always been rooted in storytelling that changes behaviour and drives real-world impact.

Before moving to London three years ago, I spent seven years as Group Creative Director at Ogilvy Africa, leading a multidisciplinary team and helping shape one of the region’s most awarded creative departments.

Outside the work, I beatbox for fun and mentor emerging creative talent. I’ve lectured at the Accra International School of Advertising & Design and continue to guide young creatives building their own careers.

In 2025, I founded #TIA, a creative consultancy dedicated to helping global brands and UK agencies connect more authentically and meaningfully with African markets.
