
Lesibane is a Creative Director, Copywriter & Senior Creative with 20 years of experience shaping integrated campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands including Coca-Cola, Guinness, Nestlé, Diageo, Vodafone and Barclays. My career has spanned the African continent and London, giving me a unique perspective on how creativity drives cultural relevance across diverse markets.
From launching Captain Morgan’s first pan-African campaign with the Global Brand Team to igniting a nationwide movement to combat child abuse in Ghana, I’ve consistently worked at the intersection of brand, culture and storytelling.
Formerly as Group Creative Director at Ogilvy, I led a multidisciplinary team of +20 creatives, drove new business growth and helped to establish Ogilvy as one of the most awarded agencies in West Africa.
Beyond agency work, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of creative talent. As a former guest lecturer and faculty member at the Accra International School of Advertising & Design, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young talent into successful careers of their own.
I’m now based in London, still chasing bold ideas and creating work that delivers fame and real impact for brands in diverse markets and industries from FMCG to sports and entertainment.
