Sprite & Spicy

Spicy food is a major part of culture in Nigeria and is associated with urban and street culture. Nigerians also believe the flavour is richer when prepared the street way. We were tasked to position Sprite as the refreshing lemon-lime drink that gives you the extra edge you need to fully enjoy street food like suya.

We shot a fun, quirky film that encouraged consumers to ‘take the heat’ and tackle the awkward moments head-on. The campaign was successful in extending the brand's relevance with a younger audience and reigniting Sprite’s consumption frequency in the market. Now that’s hot!
